Due to the custom nature of our bundles and immediate access to digital bonuses, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be completely satisfied. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@planmylifeco.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will make it right by replacing the item or offering a store credit when appropriate.

Gifting Policy
If you are purchasing your planner bundle as a gift, please include a note at checkout. We’re happy to include a handwritten message and make your package extra special.
